The hotel is located in an area that may be convenient for business purposes and close to the US Embassy. Some guests enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace and the view from the hotel. the outdated rooms were terrible. Visitors complained about the rooms being smoky, with very few power sockets, leaking sinks, and defective bathroom ventilators. Some even reported gross and unsanitary issues such as leftover dental floss from the previous guest. the hotel lacked basic maintenance, since elevator, smoke detectors, and stairways were damaged or malfunctioning.
